By joining and participating in our Discord server, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Failure to do so may result in penalties, including but not limited to warnings, muting, kicking, or banning from the server.

2.2 Significant Severity Violations

Violations that may result in mute, kick, or temporary ban:

• No trolling.

• No spamming of any kind.

• No posting or linking to other servers.

2.3 Severe Severity Violations

Violations that may result in immediate ban:

• No offensive nicknames or profile pictures.

• No exploiting rule loopholes (report them instead).

• No unofficial bot invitations.

• No illegal content or activity.

• No hacking or use of exploits.

• No stalking or harassment.

• No sexual content or imagery.

• No excessive profanity or offensive language.

• No religious arguments/discussions.

• No suicidal jokes.

• No suspicious activity.

2.4 Critical Severity Violations

Zero tolerance – results in permanent ban:

• No harassment or threats of any kind.

• No sexism, racism, or hate speech.

• No fascist or extremist content.

• No backstabbing or betrayal of trust or stalking.

3. Voice Chat Rules

• Avoid loud, high-pitched, or annoying noises.

• Minimize background noise where possible.

4. Food Channel Rules

• Only post content related to food.

• Only upload images of meals you are currently preparing or eating.

5. Community Risk Clause

If moderators believe that your presence poses a risk to the community's safety or integrity, we reserve the right to remove you from the server without further explanation.

6. General Enforcement and Ban Codes

Each rule violation is logged with a corresponding ban code. These codes will be referenced in case of bans or disciplinary actions. Repeat violations will result in more severe consequences, up to and including permanent bans.
